What MyPetHealth is

A personal pet-health tracker. It helps you organize your pet's records — it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent illness. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to make a purchase.

Acceptable use

Your content

You retain ownership of all data you enter — pet records, photos, notes. You grant us a limited license to store and display this content to you and people you choose to share it with (e.g., a PDF report you email your vet). We don't use your content for marketing.

Medical disclaimer

MyPetHealth is provided for record-keeping purposes only. Information in the app is not medical advice. We do not employ veterinarians. Always call your vet for medical questions — especially in emergencies.

Service availability

MyPetHealth is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that reminders will fire on time, that the service will never go down, or that data won't be lost due to causes outside our control. Use your own judgment, especially in emergencies — call your vet first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of MyPetHealth is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll show an in-app notice when material changes happen. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
